Our products are sent within Germany and Austria with DHL or Hermes.

The shipping costs are calculated as follows:

DHL € 4.99 up to 2kg

DHL € 5.99 up to 5kg

Hermes € 4.20 max. 25kg

You can choose whether you will receive the package via DHL or via Hermes.

After receipt of payment, your order will be processed as quickly as possible, at Migerelias Art all products are handcrafted with a lot of patience and love and then beautifully packaged.

As soon as the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 3-5 working days. The delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days.

Special case product request

In the case of special product inquiries, the processing of the order can take some time. Here we will agree on an approximate processing period with you and you will also be notified with the tracking number as soon as the package is on its way to you.

Repair service

Shipping for the repair service is free, you will receive the return label by email.

Environmentally friendly packaging

In addition to the sustainability of the products, attention is also paid to the environmentally friendly packaging. Among other things, grass paper boxes are used here. These are compostable. Note: Not all packaging is currently sustainable, it is integrated piece by piece.Not every detail of the packaging is sustainable, we will work on it in the future and look for further possibilities.
